Keith began his career in real estate in 2003, the same year he graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce from the Asper School of Business. Joining the RE/MAX family in 2012, Keith went from being an individual agent to growing what is now the Keith Unger Team. He is a motivated, personable, and knowledgeable team leader, which is reflected in the many awards his team has achieved. Keith believes in the importance of community involvement and has shown this by being involved in a number of committees including: past chair of Steinbach Summer in the City Festival, past President of the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce, and he currently serves on the board of the Bethesda Foundation and coaches hockey. Aside from real estate, Keith is intentional about spending time with his wife Kassi and their two sons. He enjoys escaping to the lake, playing a multitude of sports, and experimenting with new cuisine whether as a consumer or a chef.

Rob was born and raised in Steinbach and has excelled in customer service since he began his first job at the age of 13. Rob made the move to a career in real estate in 2011 where his customer service skills transitioned seamlessly. Joining the Keith Unger Team in 2013, Rob has been a vital part of the team’s success. Rob’s passion for people and professionalism is evident, always keeping his client’s best interest at heart. In his free time you’ll find Rob playing a variety of sports, fishing, and snow blowing his neighbours driveways.

Kali has spent most of her life living and working in Steinbach. She began her career in real estate in 2008 and joined the Keith Unger Team in 2014. Her organizational dexterity and sense of humour bring an added value to the team.  Kali’s passion for her community has led her to participate in the Steinbach Summer in the City Festival, Steinbach Community Christmas, volunteering at church and most recently giving her time to the Bethesda Foundation. She values spending time with her 2 kids, escaping to her family cabin, playing sports and writing.

Vanessa began her career in real estate in 2018 when she joined the Keith Unger Team after previously spending 17 years as a certified fitness trainer. Vanessa is also a certified people person and her hustle and can-do attitude round out the team perfectly. Vanessa has run the local United Appeal, coached many sports teams and was Chair of the CMS Parent Advisory Council. Vanessa loves her family, including her husband and 2 sons, and is constantly working towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She is engaged in the community and strives to help people attain their best life, and that includes through real estate. Vanessa hopes her friendly and personal approach will give each client a seamless and stress-free experience.
